5. CRUISELINES MEDICALS

• Complete Physical Examination, Anthropometry, Dental Routine, Vision Check & Ishihara colour Blindness Test

SEAFARERS OPERATING ON SHIPS REGISTERED UNDER THE MARSHALL ISLAND

FLAG REQUIRE A MARSHALL ISLAND SEAFARER MEDICAL. IT INCLUDES FOLLOWING:

• *MEASURING HEIGHT ,WEIGHT,BLOOD PRESSURE AND DOING A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION.
• *CHECKING EYESIGHTS ,VISION TESTING,HEARING,URINE TESTING ETC.

7. MPA SINGAPORE

• MEDICAL FOR ALL SEAFARERS SERVING ON BOARD SINGAPORE REGISTERED SHIPS,SHIPOWNERS,SHIPMANAGERS,OPERATORS, AGENTS AND ANYONE WHO ENGAGE THE SERVICES OF SEAFARERS ON BOARD SINGAPORE REGISTERED SHIPS. Complete Medical Examination including Anthropometry, Routine Dental, Vision & Colour vision.

8. PALAU MEDICAL

9. VANUATU MEDICAL

All applicants for a Vanuatu License or Seaman Identification Book shall be required to have a physical examination reported on the Vanuatu Medical Form MED1 by a licensed physician.

The following minimum requirements shall apply:

• All applicants must have hearing unimpaired for normal sounds.
• All applicants must have average blood pressure, taking age into consideration.
• Applicants afflicted with or having medical histories, including the following shall be disqualified for a license: Epilepsy , insanity , senility , acute alcoholism, tuberculosis, acute venereal disease or use of narcotics.
